Our Story

Paper, Petals, & Ink LLC began as a spark of inspiration from an associate, who encouraged me to pursue event coordinating after I coordinated my daughter's 4th birthday party. Planning and decorating had always been passions of mine, but I had not considered turning them into a business until 2023, when I officially obtained my business license. With obtaining my business I had gained a mentor, and she would give me advice in the event planning aspect, and I am forever grateful. In 2024, I decided to take my vision more seriously, gradually building my inventory and establishing the company name. My associate gave me my first major opportunity by trusting me to plan her wedding. The experience was both rewarding and affirming, and her glowing feedback motivated me to continue on this path. As love filled the air in my own life, I became engaged to my fiancé who has been my greatest support through it all. During the process of finding a wedding officiant, I met Ms. Special, who encouraged me to consider becoming one myself. With her guidance, I obtained my officiant license for the state of Virginia. Additionally, thanks to the support of another associate who is a notary, I also became a certified notary. The remarkable people I’ve encountered throughout my journey have inspired and empowered me to pursue my dreams, leading to the birth of PPI. Today, I am passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for my clients, celebrating love, and making dreams come true.
